I left Forest School in 1979 & rather fell into Estate Agency after the army decided it could defend the country without my help! I worked with Michael Hardy when he was a director at Nicholas Estate Agents & then joined him when he started his own firm, Michael Hardy, the company of which I am now Managing Director. I have witnessed many changes in the town over the last 30 yrs: booms, busts & everything in between. When I'm not in the office I like to go cycling & I also play golf (badly!).

Having worked in the sales and lettings industry since 1988, I was instrumental in setting up the rental division for Michael Hardy, first opening an office in 1998 in Lower Earley, Reading. Since this time, the business has grown and moved to a larger office situated in Wokingham Town Centre, working closely with our sales offices also located in Wokingham and Crowthorne.

Rebecca BrownLettings Office Manager
Rebecca has worked for the Michael Hardy Lettings team for the past 8 years as Property Maintenance Manager. Her experience in this industry being 13 years in total. Rebecca and her work colleagues work closely with a variety of tried and tested trade professionals to ensure a smooth and cost effective service is provided to all of our Landlords ensuring that their properties are maintained to a high standard.

Helena first joined Michael Hardy Lettings in 2002 as a weekend lettings negotiator. Helena now works alongside Rebecca Brown in the maintenance department. Specifically dealing with property inspections and landlords gas safety checks.
Caroline WilsonLettings Administrator
Caroline has worked for the Michael Hardy Lettings team for the past 8 years as a property administrator. Her friendly approach to our Landlords and Tenants alike is something we pride ourselves on. Her role includes dealing with the "day to day" running of our Landlords properties which includes a variety of tasks from setting up new tenancies to dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries whilst working closely with our maintenance department.

Denise joined Michael Hardy Estate Agents in 1988 as Accounts Manager. During this time the Company has grown and the business has expanded to include the rental division.

Karen joined Michael Hardy 20 years ago as an administrator working part time in the Crowthorne sales office. 5 years ago Karen transferred to the Letting department to work alongside Denise Sarson in the accounts department as an accounts administrator. Her role specifically involves dealing with payment of rent to our growing portfolio of Landlords.
