Our Manager, Adrian Gay, has for almost his entire career in Helston since 1984 and is one of the most experienced estate agents in Cornwall. Adrian is very much a local man having been born and bred in Constantine, Nr. Falmouth and has most a extensive knowledge of a good number of properties in the area as well as having local contacts. He is ably supported by Helen Belt who has been with the company for several years. She has a fresh approach and enthusiasm for the company and is highly regarded by her clients. Helen offers a very personal service and has the great ability to match properties to purchasers. Also complementing the team is David Tregay who has been with the Company for several years and has considerable experience. David prides himself on a high level personal service and adopts a very sensible and methodical approach to Estate Agency. We are delighted that Richard Dryden has just joined us from our Falmouth Office. Richard has a strong track record in the industry being in Estate Agency for some fourteen years. Again, Richard offers a very personal approach to clients and is very keen and enthusiastic to deal with all types of property from smaller town houses to larger country homes. Janet Pennington has been with the Miller family for the majority of her career since 1979 and, although office based, offers considerable experience as well as a bright and positive attitude to the office. She provides a very solid base from which the office can and does build from.
