Mobo Lettings was established in 1995 to manage the properties of the owner, Andrew McCausland. As the business grew they took on more landlord clients and now offer properties throughout Wirral, Liverpool and North Wales. We only manage good quality properties which, as an absolute minimum, meet the decent homes standard. We currently have a range of homes available on our books from student HMO's in Liverpool to 1 bed flats in Wallasey and an ex-hotel (now an enormous single house) in North Wales. Most of our properties are accredited with Wirral Borough Council and meet their 4 or 5 star standard. The Company itself has been assessed and holds membership of both the: Wirral Management Accreditation Scheme and Wirral Property Accreditation Scheme FOR LANDLORDS. We aim to look after all your properties as if they were our own. We also have an in-house property renovation service in conjunction with Wirral Property Group so can respond quickly to all repairs requests. Management rates are amongst the lowest in the area despite offering a first class, personal service - call us to see how we can save you money and maximise your profits from investment property. FOR TENANTS We offer a great service for a low fee. We do not ask you for money to register with us, and if you take a property our total fees are currently only £80 - including the costs of credit checks and all administration. We have a good range of properties available, in good condition, and can respond quickly to your needs.
