About Morgan & Co
Morgan & Co was established in 1991 by Trevor Morgan who was born in Newtown, has a B.Sc degree in Estate Management, is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has nearly 30 years experience in the Mid Wales property market. His colleague/wife, Derwyn, joined the company in 1996, who is local and from farming background. Together they provide a very, honest, friendly and realistic approach in providing valuations, resulting in more viewings and quicker sales. Morgan & Co also provide a Property Management Service for the area having a portfolio of over 100 properties as well as carrying out valuations for probate and family division.
