In order to achieve the best service we arrange for an experienced lettings coordinator to meet you at your property to provide you with details of our services and to carry out a full rental valuation. We offer a number of services ranging from the Platinum service which includes a rent guarantee for the 1st six months; there is an initial fee which is set at an extremely competitive rate. We also offer a Gold service; there is no initial fee for this service we only charge a small percentage of the gross rent received. We have no hidden charges therefore it is in our best interest to let your property as quickly as possibly attaining the highest rent achievable.
