Our lettings department provides a first class service to landlords and have a strong reputation for renting their properties to the world's largest companies and top quality tenants through an established network of contacts. Each tenant is interviewed and vetted to ensure that they meet our high standards. In addition we take full references (including employers references), credit checks, where possible previous landlord references and if necessary personal guarantors. The lettings team is supported by our property management department that have a reputation for always going that extra mile in the line of duty. Led by one of our directors they are responsible for managing a large portfolio of houses and apartments within some of London's most prestigious addresses. Their responsibilities include rental collection, furnishing, inventories, maintenance and they are the contact point between the landlord and tenant. This helps ensure that both sides are happy throughout the rental period.
