We will set up the tenancy, to include a to let board, full website exposure, accompanied viewings, full referencing of applicants, completion of tenancy agreements and related paperwork, ALL FOR JUST £200.00 !! LETTING AND RENT COLLECTION : In addition to the service above, we will collect the rent and account to you on a monthly basis FOR JUST £200.00 and 5% of the rent collected !! FULL MANAGEMENT : The complete service offering the best value for money, includes the initial letting, rent collection, full inventory and schedule of condition, tenant check in and check out, deposit protection and registration, quarterly routine inspections with reports to tenants and landlords, dealing with and organising repairs if required, serving of notices, basically all issues relating to the day to day letting of your property. ALL FOR JUST £175.00 LETTING FEE AND 8% of the monthly rental These services are all offered on a NO LET NO FEE basis and with no VAT!
