Established in 1997 Orchard has been involved in more than 3,000 successful property transactions.

 Originally starting out in financial services we have moved successfully into residential lettings and property management, and more recently sales. We now offer prospective and existing clients the full range of services from our Ickenham offices. All of our team have extensive local knowledge gained from many years living and working within the local borough and have forged excellent relationships with local solicitors, estate agents, property developers and contractors in the process. 

 

 Over the years we have embraced new technology utilising the ever popular internet portals including Rightmove (one of the few local agents to feature on all of "the big four"), together with a good following on Twitter, Facebook and our own interactive websites which achieve excellent Google rankings. This coupled with traditional methods such as local advertising, our prominent office location, highly visible and distinctive boards, extensive database of waiting clients and good old fashioned hard work will enable us to promote your property to the local, national and international market.

 As members of The Property Ombudsman we follow strict codes of conduct and guidelines.  If required we will accompany every viewing and most importantly of all we will feedback to you straight afterwards as well as providing detailed reports on a weekly basis of all activity concerning your property.
