Why experience and enthusiasm really matter.   In a typical high street estate agent, you’ll be lucky if you get one person with more than ten years’ experience. At Peter Graff, we’ve been here in Winchmore Hill for nearly two decades, with one person with more than 20 years’ experience and another with more than 30 years. Here’s the difference that makes.  It means we really know the area, every street, in some streets, every property.  So we really know accurate values.  And it means we know people, sometimes even better than they know themselves.  So not only can we match people and properties much more effectively, we can take deals through from offer to completion far more successfully. Yet for all that experience, when we get a new instruction, we’re as excited about it as if it was our very first. We could think how the big estate agency chains think: don’t bother with those properties that don’t sell easily – onto the next one that will.  We don’t see it that way.  Because an unsold property has a real owner, and they need it to be sold.  And that’s who we care about – so we need it to be sold too. You’ll also be reassured that we are, of course, members of The National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential letting Agents.  This means our clients’ account is protected by a client money protection scheme and the property Ombudsman Scheme.
