Meet the team
I have been an estate agent for 30 years and opened the Petts Wood office in 1999. Day to day I manage the smooth running of the business and secure new instructions to sell. I get a real buzz from listing a property and knowing the ideal buyer. I always make an effort to go swimming before work to give me a boost of energy for the day.
Jason StockdaleSales Manager
My dad once told me that he thought I would enjoy being an estate agent and he was right. I have now been at Proctors for 12 and a half years and love everything about my job. I enjoy meeting different people and helping them find their dream home. Outside of work I participate in many sports including football, tennis and a spot of golf.
Rob GriffinSenior Negotiator
Before joining Proctors, I spent almost two decades teaching design & technology, but felt it was time for a career change and to extend my lifespan. I’ve always had an interest in architecture and home design, and in a day of juggling tasks, there’s nothing better than handing over a set of keys to happy buyers
Helen MarshallSales & Lettings Administrator
I joined Proctors four years ago after working in an opticians. It was a complete career change but one I have not regretted. I look after the admin and assist with sales. It’s great being able to learn something new and getting to meet different people. In my spare time I like visiting new places and going to the beach when the weather permits.
Joanne RoseSales Support
After a long stint in the city and taking some time out to start a family, I joined my husband Trevor at Proctors five years ago. I love helping our clients find their dream home, and with plenty of character properties in Petts Wood it’s never too difficult. When I’m not busy at work, you’ll find me at the gym, or if I’m lucky enough, on holiday!
Linda PurserBranch Secretary
With experience in administration and property management, my position at Proctors was the perfect next step. Amongst producing sales information and looking after the admin, I love being able to meet so many different people every day. When I’m not in the office, I’ll be wielding a putter on the golf course, or tending to my garden.
