    Office Manager Scot Greenwood M.N.A.E.A has over 10 years’ experience as an estate agent and has been a qualified member of the association of estate agents for the majority of this time. Before working for Pure, Scot was an office manager of coastal estate agency branches in Norfolk and Suffolk. He believes his wide knowledge of the East Anglian region and understanding of ever changing capitals market conditions have a direct correlation to our local market.

Starting as an office junior in Norwich before moving to Newcastle to continue his career as a property valuer. Once he had learnt all he could here he moved down to London where he worked in Westminster selling property in some of the most expensive postcodes in the world.

    Rosie Page has recently joined Pure and is a senior negotiator. She has four years’ experience in estate agency in the city and she’s a true ‘all-rounder’. She deals with applicants for all of our properties but also helps with maintenance, valuing and administration.We value Rosie because she’s a people person and brings her extensive experience, including interior design qualifications, to our team. Her hobbies include: cooking, sewing, festivals, swimming and sky diving.

    Andrew started with us near the end of 2014 and has 3 years of experience in agency behind him. While being mainly responsible for looking after the HMO properties he also doubles as a senior negotiator assisting with booking valuations, viewings and maintenance. Working in both the lettings and residential side he often takes the time to work around clients and attend appointments out of office hours.

    Oli has been working in the property industry for a number of years in the U.K and in Dubai. He lived and worked in Dubai for two years as a Senior Negotiator mainly in the commercial sales and leasing sector and moved back to the U.K to be with his family. He is a highly motivated person, who loves socialising with this friends and family and travelling around the world.

    Laura Curd joins our team as the new property manager. She has come to us from another city agent and uses her experience and knowledge to give the best possible service to all our landlords and tenants. Previously a hotel manager she is always on her toes prepared for any situation.Laura has several years experience in customer facing roles and always approaches every situation with a smile. A keen reader, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

    Michael Joined the Pure Team in November 2015 having been working for a property developer in Southern France and brings a wealth of property management and development experience to the company. His primary focus is project managing a substantial portfolio within Pure and heading up the businesses exciting New Developments. He has recently bought property in Norwich and is soon to become a father. Michael is also a keen musician, producer songwriter and enjoys a game of golf.

    Amy Kennedy has worked in all different areas of Pure since she joined us seven years ago. Currently she works as a property administrator, she deals with all aspects of business support and is the true ‘oil’ in the Pure machine. We value her attention to detail and organisational skills above any other member of our team. In her own words Amy has no time for hobbies as she’s a full time mum, but don’t challenge this former Norfolk champion to bowling!

    Chelsey Ryder is our accounts assistant. She has 3 years’ experience in accounting. She previously worked for a large accountancy practise as an audit assistant and has good attention to detail. She is responsible for the daily running of the accounts, helping to prepare management account information as well as admin jobs too. Her hobbies include dancing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

    Helen Wilton is our accounts clerk and has been with us for four years. She is responsible for processing rent payments, chasing any arrears and producing management information and business stats. Helen’s keys skills are her attention to detail and how thorough she is with each and every landlord and or tenant. Her abilities to work closely with tenants to ensure minimum disruption to our many landlords are superb.
