Rand & Co are a small, well established family run company with over 40 years local experience, dealing in the letting, sale and acquisition of residential property throughout the city of Brighton & Hove. We manage a large portfolio of rental properties for numerous landlords and are always seeking more to satisfy the constant demand for good quality properties to rent. Our revolutionary fixed management fee of £69+vat per month, irrespective of rent level has proved very popular with our landlords who will confirm that good value fees do NOT always equate to poor value service. We have also fixed our fee scale on residential sales at 1% of the sale price + vat with no tie-in to long contracts, our aim is to find a buyer for a property in no more than six weeks from receiving instructions and our contracts reflect that. Finally, we act on behalf of several retaining clients who are constantly seeking to acquire dilapidated or "problem" properties, those with short leases, protected tenancies or structural problems, also unbroken blocks of flats or properties with development potential. The good news is that as we are retained by our clients we will NOT charge a fee for the sale of such properties.
