    Gary has more than 30 years experience in estate agency and he has moved home himself 10 times, so knows what he’s talking about. He worked at a senior level for two major corporate agencies before setting up Rawlinson Gold.

    David has 30 years experience of estate agency, having worked in major corporate agencies before he set up Rawlinson Gold. David runs the business side of Rawlinson Gold and oversees the Lettings Department. He is keen to see all estate agents licensed and qualified in the future and is committed to surpassing clients’ expectations.

    Jon began his estate agency career in Vancouver, Canada, in the early Eighties. He returned after six months and joined an agency in Wembley Park. After two years, he moved to the Pinner and Hatch End area, where he has now been for over 30 years. He joined Rawlinson Gold 15 years ago as a partner of the newly-opened Pinner office.

    Priyesh began his career in 2006 as a project officer in Ealing Council’s housing department, before becoming a property consultant dealing with high-end commercial investments. He then broadened his experience at a Solicitors‘ firm where he worked in finance and conveyancing, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of all the legal aspects of property sales. He also studied for his ARLA and NAEA industry qualifications.

    Bruvis started his career in estate agency having previously worked in the financial investment markets for 7 years and studying Business and Management. He really enjoys the challenges of his new career path and is looking forward to many years in the property industry.

    Erlinda started her career in estate agency at an office in Harrow. Since moving to Rawlinson Gold’s Pinner branch, she feels she has developed a great enthusiasm in her role, stating "the process in buying and selling a property is quite remarkable. You really do connect with each and everyone’s unique story and situation." As an associate member of The National Association of Estate Agents, Erlinda is currently undertaking study in her NVQ Level Three in Sale of Residential Property.

    Steven has lived in the Borough of Harrow since 1979 and has extensive local knowledge. He has been working in estate agency for 25 years, over 20 of which have been at Rawlinson Gold. Steven works primarily on the residential property management side of the business. He is also a qualified engineer, with more than 10 years in the engineering and construction industries.

    James has worked in the letting industry since leaving college in 2000. He joined Rawlinson Gold in 2007 as Lettings Manager having worked for well-established, independent firms. He enjoys all aspects of the job from meeting and advising new landlords to helping tenants find their new home. James believes that service is paramount and reminds potential clients that the agents offering the lowest fees are not necessarily the best agents to use.

    Pervinder has worked for Rawlinson Gold’s Lettings Department for nearly 5 years. Prior to this, his first job in estate agency, he ran his own company with his brother. Pervinder enjoys the fast pace and turnaround of the lettings department and is delighted at the wealth of knowledge he has built up in a relatively short time. He is driven and motivated and proud to be part of the Rawlinson Gold team.

    Sarah Smith

    Lettings Administrator

    Sarah joined Rawlinson Gold in 2007 as a part-time sales secretary and moved into the Lettings team as a full-time Lettings Administrator in 2008. As well as general administrative duties, Sarah is responsible for a range of tenancy-related tasks and as part of her role, she ensures that all documents comply with the latest legislation. She is instrumental in the smooth running of the lettings department and the ‘safety net’ for the sales team when computer-related problems arise.
