Redbrick Estates are Gloucestershire’s ONLY fixed fee sales and lettings agent. We pride ourselves on total transparency and integrity to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants alike. We have a new and straight forward approach to selling/ letting your property, which means we have a genuine desire and hunger to succeed. We want to sell/ let your property, as quickly as possible, at the value we agree. We operate our business in the same way as all the other estate agents, but with three distinct differences: Firstly we don't operate from a town centre showroom. In this current internet age, this is no longer as important as most people will browse from the comfort of their own arm chair and we are represented on all the prominent internet property portals. In addition, we also advertise in the local "Citizen" and “Echo” Homebuyer. We run our business from city centre offices. Secondly and by far our biggest advantage are our fees. We don't consider it fair to charge a percentage of property value, so we have a scale of fixed fees relating to value bands. These start at £1495 for properties for sale and £39pcm for a fully managed let. Thirdly we also accompany ALL viewings anytime, seven days a week 52 weeks a year and provide prompt and honest feedback.
