About Redmove

Redmove won the Gold Award at the Estate Agent Awards 2013 for Yorkshire & The Humber. We were voted the best by our customers and were presented with the award by Phil Spencer at the Hilton on Park Lane in London. Redmove beat off stiff competition from agents in the region to be crowned Yorkshire’s top estate agency. The announcement was made last week by TV property expert Phil Spencer at the annual Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2013 (ESTAS) ceremony at London’s Hilton Park Lane, attended by 600 of the country’s top estate and letting agents. Now in their tenth year, the awards identify the best estate agents in the country through extensive customer research. 23,000 people completed questionnaires which formed the basis of judging for the 2013 awards and covered questions about the service received from their agent. Agents were shortlisted in 18 regions around the country, and Redmove was one of five finalists in the sales category for Yorkshire. Michael Redmond, who founded and runs Redmove with his wife, Yvette, said: “We are absolutely over the moon with our award, and it means even more to us knowing that it’s our customers who have judged our performance. “We take customer service very seriously, and we’ve always been very proud of the personal service we provide. This is a fantastic endorsement of our ethos and approach, and a testament to the strength and support of our team.” Simon Brown, who runs the awards, said: “The ESTAS are about recognising the hard work agents put in every day, every week and month of the year. To be shortlisted is a great achievement, but to win is the highest accolade any agent can achieve.” Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004, added: “I think these awards help us all to focus on customer service for the greater good of our own businesses as well as the wider industry. We must all drive standards higher, raising the bar in terms of the quality of advice we offer"
