Legally we are able to hold a Tenants Security Deposit up to 30 days if there are deductions to be made so that both the Tenant and the Landlord can come to an agreement. Details of your property are uploaded instantly from our office to each web portal which attracts millions of visitors every month from potential tenants. We enthusiastically market your property carrying out viewings up to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. This means that when most other agents are closed Rent Team is still marketing your property. You will be kept up to date with the progress of the let and informed of any feedback we are receiving from potential tenants. With our team letting or managing your property you can rest assured that your property is in the best possible hands. Rent Team offers Landlords an exceptional Property Management service. Our Management Department is open 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 3pm on Saturday. To ensure peace of mind we provide a 24 hour 7 days a week emergency number for both Landlords and Tenants.
