    I have lived locally all of my life attending Farley Hill Primary School and then onto The Forest before venturing into the property market. Having started in estate agency in 1987 and joining Richard Worth in 1996, I have now chalked up 26 years in the local property market. During that time I have experienced the high's and low's which is invaluable when providing advice to our many clients in varying markets and circumstances. My reputation for providing honest and trustworthy advice ensures that most of our clients return to use us again and many are keen to recommend us to others. I am proud to be part of the Richard Worth team, we all work hard to dispel the image often levied at our profession and it is very gratifying when our clients tell us that we are not your typical estate agent! Since becoming sales director my responsibilities are to ensure a continued high level of service to all of our clients and to assist the management team in the future development of the business whilst continuing to work on the ground floor and in the heart of the business.

    Having started at Holme Grange School I continued my schooling at Reading Blue Coat School in Sonning before graduating from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Environmental Sciences. My career in property started as a Land Buyer with a local residential development firm, Millgate Homes, gaining experience in all aspects of development from detailed site appraisals, through to subject to planning land assemblies and purchases, to complex planning applications and legal negotiations. Having been with Richard Worth since 2009, I now focus on working with clients to progress local redevelopment opportunities, providing trusted advise on financial and planning viability and progressing sites through the planning process and ultimately to the point of sale.

I have worked for Richard Worth for 14 years with a brief spell in the IT world but soon realized that property was my passion. Starting as a trainee, I have progressed through the many stages to my current role as Sales Manager of the Wokingham office. I pride myself on my local knowledge and accurate and honest advice to clients whether they are selling or buying. My current role encompasses all aspects of the job but most importantly I believe my responsibility is to ensure that the team remain motivated and that I impart my natural enthusiasm for selling property in each and every one of them.

On leaving school I qualified as a personal fitness instructor and nutritionist and this remains a passion of mine. My real calling though has always been sales and with a family background routed in property I moved across to estate agency and haven’t looked back since. I trained with one of the areas larger agents and recently moved across to Richard Worth Estate Agents and with my knowledge of the local area and market I am sure that I can add to the competent team at the Wokingham office. I progressed into a career in financial services where I started with a Countrywide financial services chain for five years, I gained valuable experience which I took with me upon joining Richard Worth Estate Agents in January 2000. After all these years I am proud to say I still look after some of my original clients who return to me on a regular basis knowing that they can rely on sensible and reliable advice, they often introduce friends and family. It's now really quite frightening to have started to do mortgages for the children of some of them! Over many years I have experienced the ups and downs of the markets, Worthington Finance is built on the basis of this experience, honest advice and good customer service and this has definitely proven to be a successful formula.
