As a Firm of Licensed Conveyancers we pride ourselves on being able to offer a comprehensive property services package and aim to provide Clients with a one stop property shop. We have asked our Clients what is the biggest inconvenience when buying or selling a property and the majority of Clients find it inconvenient if they cannot get to speak to the Conveyancer or Solicitor direct when they ring. We have addressed this and the only persons to whom you would speak is a qualified Licensed Conveyancers. We further pride ourselves in going the extra mile and are prepared to do out of hour appointments. We understand that it is not always convenient to get into an office during normal opening hours so we are prepared to offer at no extra cost to offer out of hours appointments (strictly subject to availability). We also know not everybody has the ability to get to our Offices and therefore for a small charge we will call on the Client at their home or place of work. As a Firm it is important to us that every possible aid is offered to our Clients. All our staff are Licensed Conveyancers and are fully experienced in dealing with all aspects of property law and all associated legal issues that could be encountered. They are also able to deal with the more specialised aspects of Commercial Conveyancing. We also offer a letting agents service which allows a legal tenancy agreement to be prepared and signed in our Offices. For an up front payment of £100.00 plus VAT all documentation necessary to take court proceedings (should this be necessary) will be prepared free of charge. Subject to payment of the £100.00 plus VAT the only costs payable in the event of a bad tenant would be the court fees.
