About us

We opened our first landlord’s door to professional tenants in 2007.  An independent lettings business that is best described as a hybrid, in which we use the latest innovations in technology to showcase investment property whilst retaining traditional values and a personal, local service.

The fact that we not only operated, but grew through the recession, is testament to the hard work of our staff, and the resulting trust that our clients put in us every day; a quality that we strive to achieve for each and every one of our clients. Therein lies the personable approach that sets us apart from other agents: we see our clients as individuals, each with personal choices, unique expectations and individual time constraints.

Based in the thriving Hampton area, our business has spread across the City of Peterborough.  This growth and customer support has now allowed us the opportunity to expand our business and open another door into professional estate agency.  Here, we will maintain and further our personalised service in buying, selling and investing in properties, but in a more specialised way.

Estate Agency is Changing. Technological advancement has resulted in the ability to showcase your property to the person across the street on their mobile phone whilst also being considered across the world by an individual on their ipad.  Connecting with buyers no longer requires large budgets to be spent on expensive office space and negotiators or waiting for people to walk through a door. The footfall is now virtual, the service more specialised.

Marketing a property is now more in line with a professional approach in advertising than ever before.  This includes professional photography, a better understanding of buyers’ emotions and personal aspirations, and a dedicated contact for each property.  An estate agency is now made up of marketing specialists, photographers, web developers, relationship managers and administrative specialists. We are bringing these changes to the local market in Peterborough so that you can have your property your way.
