About Us The Property Studio opened for business in March 1993. It was founded, and is still owned today, by Rebecca Andrews and Beverley Joyce. Rebecca and Beverley had met many years before and forged a strong friendship. This led to their decision to start TPS. Whatever your property needs may be, at TPS you will receive a friendly service from their fully trained, pro active team. They pride themselves on their professionalism with a personal touch that only comes with being a truly independent agent. In fact, most new landlords and vendors are recommended because above all else they care. Directors The Directors at TPS, Rebecca and Beverley, are members of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) which incorporates the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). They are also members of The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and The Property Ombudsman, which gives peace of mind knowing the standards and codes of practice the company must adhere to. They also have Professional Indemnity Insurance and are covered by the NAEA Client's Money Protection Scheme.
