Woodlands Estate Agents was formed in 1991 by Steve Muggridge and David Jeffrey. The services we offer our clients include Estate Agency, Lettings, Land and New Homes, as well as being able to refer people to our chosen Independent Mortgage Advisors, who can offer mortgages, as well as other related financial products. We are members of both the NAEA, The Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents and our Lettings division are members of ARLA and NALS. Residential Sales Run by Director, Steve Muggridge, this highly efficient office has managerial support from Senior Branch Manager, David Norris, alongside Senior Sales Consultant/Branch Valuer, Mike Lovell and Sales Consultant, Steve Frank, with weekend assistance coming from Rita Wright, and secretarial support provided by Liz Wheatley. Lettings The Lettings Division is run by Director, Pat Bridges, who is primarily based at Redhill, with Lettings Branch Manager, Tom Cosens and Lettings Negotiator, Sam Arnold with weekend assistance from Sarah Jackman and Trudi Campbell. Carrying out property Management, is Property Manager, Val Humphrey and Assistant Property Manager, Kalina Dziekan.
