Established in 2006 Wrights Residential (formerly Wright Residential Lettings) have gone from strength to strength. We have over 20 years experience in the Lettings market between us, giving you peace of mind that we have the knowledge and experience to deal with any situation that may arise. We let and manage several hundred properties of all size and description, covering a wide area within Wiltshire, Bath and Somerset. Our office is well situated in Trowbridge for easy access to all surrounding areas and we are open six days a week, also offering evening and weekend appointments, with an out of hours emergency number for when the office is closed. We offer extremely competitive fees for the best service you could ask for and there are no hidden extras to pay for. Sales We have decided to branch into sales following numerous requests from current Landlords and Tenants. Having sold many properties for/to investors, we are experienced in the sales process. We have studied the sales market closely over the past 12 months and have also qualified for a technical award in the Sale of Residential Properties (England, Wales and Ireland) through the ‘National Association of Estate Agents’. We are members of the Property Ombudsman which requires us to follow a strict code of practice giving our clients additional peace of mind. Our fresh approach to Sales will mean you never have to commit to a lengthy tie in period, at the end of the day if you are not happy with our service we will always endeavour to put things right, but would never wish to force you to commit to us if you did not wish to do so. We charge what we see as a reasonable amount for our services. Please do not think that a low price will mean a low level of service. This will not; and never will be the case with our Company. Although there are other Agencies offering 0.5% commission you will normally find that these are non-local, internet based Companies with very little local knowledge and will not offer a level of service comparable to ours, they will also normally charge an upfront fee, we do not!
