At roundabout take first exit signposted Llanelli, Swansea, Llandeilo. At the next roundabout, in 150m, take the fourth exit onto the A40 dual carriageway and follow the road for 1/2 mile to a large traffic lighted roundabout. Take the 2nd exit signposted to Llanelli and remain on the A484 for 5 1/2 miles. At Upland Arms turn right signposted Ferryside. Continue for 1 1/2 miles. At t-junction turn right. The property is on the right about a mile along.
