From our offices head down King St and turn into Queen St. At the T junction turn right onto the A484 and towards County Hall. Approach traffic lights in the left hand lane and head across the junction onto the old Carmarthen Bridge signposted to Llanelli, Swansea. At roundabout take first exit signposted Llanelli, Swansea, Llandeilo. At the next roundabout, in 150m, take the fourth exit onto the A40 dual carriageway and follow the road for 1/2 mile to a large traffic lighted roundabout. Take the 2nd exit signposted to Llanelli and remain on the A484 for 5 1/2 miles. At Upland Arms turn right signposted Ferryside. Continue for 1 1/2 miles. At t-junction turn right. The property is on the right about a mile along.
