The village of Blairmore is situated within Scotland’s First National Park on the shores of Loch Long. The community has its own church, shop and art gallery/coffee shop with the adjoining village of Strone having a much-respected primary school.

The bustling town of Dunoon is approximately ten miles from Blairmore and offers a variety of shops, hotels and restaurants as well as a theatre, cinema and swimming pool. There are many other leisure facilities in the area including, three golf courses (Strone golf course is only ¼ mile away), indoor and outdoor bowling clubs and the Holy Loch Marina is only a few miles away.

There are two good ferry links to Gourock, both of which have direct transport connections to Glasgow and you can be in Glasgow in just over an hour from leaving Dunoon.

It takes just a little longer to come by road via Loch Lomond and you will travel through arguably the best scenery in Scotland.

To reach the upper villa you drive in the Ardentiny direction and take the road on the left just before Blairmore Pier, which will lead to this grand Victorian villa. A path in the walled garden divides the ground belonging to the two separate flats and leads to the wide staircase, which sweeps round to the front door.

Rooms:
Living Room 6.06m x 4.20m
A grand sitting room with stunning views of Loch Long and The Firth of Clyde. Although this lounge is huge it has been tastefully decorated and carpeted resulting in a warm relaxing feel. Original cornice and a feature fireplace complete this wonderful room.
Dining Room 3.46m x 2.35m
A comfortable family room at the rear of the property with plenty of space for dining and enjoying the view over the garden towards the hills.
Master Bedroom 3.15m x 3.55m
The view from this bedroom over the loch to Kilcreggan and beyond is a perfect way to start the day. The richly carpeted room is light and airy and has a triple wardrobe with louvered doors.
Bedroom 3.81m x 4.20m
A beautifully co-ordinated bedroom with cool colours creating a really peaceful environment. A large mirrored wardrobe adds to the airiness of this huge room. The good-sized window frames a view over the tiered garden to the hills of the National Park. This is a really relaxing private bedroom.
Study / Bedroom
Situated at the front of the house and looking over Blairmore Pier to the loch, this is a perfect single bedroom or study.
Kitchen 3.70m x 2.35m
Two windows at the side of the kitchen have a great view over the River Clyde and its colourful traffic. Floor units on three sides provide lots of working space with wall units on one wall adding to the storage. There is an electric hob, oven and grill and space for a washing machine, tumble drier and fridge freezer.
Shower Room 2.75m x 2.05m
A modern shower cabinet with chrome fittings sits in a corner of this warmly decorated shower room. The room is partly tiled and has a white w.C and wash hand basin. A nice frosted window has a wide ornamental ledge.
Garden
A well maintained path winds round to the wide staircase, which accesses this flat. The front garden to the left hand side belongs to this property and is mainly grass and easily maintained. There is also a small patio area at the foot of the stairs.
