From the offices of Hayes, head to the Top Cross in town and turn left onto the High Street. Proceed through the town and by the railway station turn right under the bridge following the sign to Bosbury, B4214. After approximately 3 ½ miles, take left turn, staying on the B4214, heading to Bromyard. Stay on this road and at the staggered crossroads; go straight across continuing to follow signs for Bromyard. Pass through Munderfield and at the end of the road, turn right onto the A465 and then right again onto the A44, heading towards Worcester. Whitbourne Hall was built in the 1860s by the Bickerton-Evans family who were inspired by the architecture seen on an archaeological trip around Greece and the eastern Mediterranean.
