Directions
Leave Norwich via the A1151, Wroxham Road, following this road into Wroxham. After passing through the village centre turn right at the second mini roundabout, as signed to Potter Heigham, Ludham and Horning. Follow this road into Horning, then take the right hand turn into The Avenue. Continue along The Avenue as it bears right into Pinewood Drive, Morea will be found towards the end of the close on the left hand side.
