Morea is approached over a paved driveway from Pinewood Drive. To the right of this drive is a wide area of lawn, on which there is planning consent for the construction of a detached cottage. The drive continued through a pair of electric through electric gates to a wide, paved parking turning area in front of Morea, and Morea Cottage. The majority of the garden lies to the rear of the main house and is divided into a series of areas including a paved terrace, and areas of lawn. Mature hedging and steps divide these areas. Morea Cottage benefits form its own areas of garden alongside it, and to the rear.
Alongside Morea Cottage is a single garage, with electric roller door, and personal door to the side aspect.
A second, gravelled driveway with double gates from the main parking area leads away from the rear of the house to Lower Street. One neighbour has a right of way over the lower part of this drive.
