There are three golf courses available within a ten mile radius and a variety of water sports at Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare.

The completed site will comprise 44 individual holiday lodges on a landscaped development with miles of countryside stretching back towards the villages of Lympsham and Brent Knoll and the close by facilities of the holiday resort of Brean.

Services to each lodge are sited underground and include gas, electric, water and internet connection. Each unit will have its own decked veranda and private parking space next to the lodge.

The lodges are occupied for an 11 month season and will need to be vacated from January 10th to February 10th each year.
