Property description
As you walk around it's evident this home has been extremely well maintained. In the Kitchen at the rear you can enjoy the far reaching views and is more than big enough to comfortably fit a dining table and has been recently modernised with stylish white units.
In addition, cavity wall insulation along with a new gas boiler has been recently installed making for a comfortable place to relax in throughout the year.
With generous double bedrooms all served by a modern fitted shower room theres more than enough room internally, but with a huge loft above and subject to planning permission it could be possible to extend further. Outside there is plenty of parking available and the rear garden has an elevated deck on which to entertain and dine. Part of the rear garden overlooks a livery stable, again reinforcing the rural attraction of this property and a lovely addition for those fond of horses.
What the Owner says:We have lived in our bungalow for 24 years we fell in love with the place as soon as we saw it and just had to buy it. We really love our large, comfortable rooms but to see the sun rise out of the kitchen window with the horses looking out of their stables and the mist on the fields is something we never tire of. We love our garden and enjoying sitting watching the sun go down under the lounge window with a nice glass of wine.
We have the added bonuses of country walks, a beach with restaurant/bar 2mins drive or 15mins walk away and the village has all the amenities we need a Church, Pub, paper shop and a grocery shop open all hours.
I hope who ever buys our bungalow is as happy here have we have been.
