Pentre Dolau is a traditional single storey cottage which has been extended into what was an attached agricultural building. It now offers 3 / 4 bed accommodation, mostly on one level but with a room in the loft. There is oil-fired central heating and double glazing.

The land lies mainly to the rear of the property. Immediately to the rear are two sheltered paddocks. These are surrounded by high hedges and make ideal garden, safe for children to play or to develop as formal garden.

To the front of the property, beyond the outbuildings lies a further field of approx. 1 acre, which is sloping and could be improved to give pasture. This also offers the potential (subject to consent) as a building plot.

The remainder of the land lies beyond the rear paddocks and is a mixture of improvable pasture (it hasn’t been used for some time), some wetter amenity land and some woodland. The land is mostly flat.

As it stands, the land is fine for walking or working dogs and would suit some livestock which would start to improve things, although topping the land would make a big difference. Some of the wetter land would be ideal for the development of a large pond or lake. In total the land extends to some 19.5 acres.

In one part of the woodland are the remains of an old shop and cottage! Not much now remains, but there are some local people who can remember the buildings being complete and in use.

Please not that there is a neighbouring property close to one side. Please also note that there is a footpath running over the drive and then continuing off the land. This of course gives good walking direct from the property.
