Having lived in the road very recently I know that the location works well and the road itself is full of very nice people and if it wasn't for the fact that I moved to Angmering, I could have seen myself staying there for many years. The property itself has 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and front and rear gardens.
As the vendor pointed out the garden is mature and well kept but has a lovely feel and I would have to agree that it feels secluded and not overlooked as the majority of the properties in the road are bungalows. The property is, in my opinion, ready to move into and moving your furniture would be all you needed to do.
So if you are looking for something ready to move into and in a great location for the seafront and the local village and amenities then I would have this one at the top of your list to view.
What the Owner says:When I was looking for a property I had certain criteria in mind, it had to be close to the shops and village and equally close to the seafront as I enjoy walking. When this property came onto the market it had all I was looking for.
The property was situated in a great location, not being overlooked was a real bonus and had a real feeling of a country garden.
I have been happy here for the last few years but feel it is time to move on.
