Property description
The house itself offers some fantastic living space from the spacious living room, wonderful kitchen diner that opens out to a good sized conservatory with views over the garden.
One of the great things about this family home is the really flexible living on offer as you have a good choice of bedrooms, all doubles, on either the ground or first floor with a selection of bathrooms to match.
Then there is also scope to create even more space with the possibility of extending due to the size of the plot, which makes it such a desirable home for any large or growing family.
Just look at how truly delightful the setting is too as not only are you in a conservation area, but surrounded by open fields with very few neighbours around you.
There is also a piece of history right on your doorstep with the remains of Dent De Lion Castle just meters away, famously painted by Turner himself!
Not many homes can boast such a fantastic tranquil setting and lifestyle and remain such a practical and comfortable home for all the family.
What the Owner says:When we bought our home several years ago we were mainly drawn to the beautiful setting along with the size of the house. The conservation area, peace and quiet and feeling of safety and security was very appealing to us as a family so we were willing to overlook the work that was required to the inside of our home. Over the years we have made many changes like adding the conservatory along with new kitchen and downstairs shower room. We have also completely redecorated throughout and updated the bathrooms and re landscaped the garden. Although the location is tucked away, we are still quite central to all our needs with local Village shops a short walk away along with a selection of schooling, Westwood Cross shopping centre and the seaside.
