The to the rear of the house there is a larged covered area and a raised South facing, walled kitchen garden with potting shed. To the front and side of the house there is a large, vine covered a sun terrace, decking, storage, boat shed and extended car/truck port. To the entrance driveway there is garaging for eight cars and parking for twelve or more vehicles. There is plenty of space for development potential.
The house is built slightly cutting into the side of a hill and is free of any structural problems. Fortunately there are no listing or conservation area issues to contemplate and plenty of precedents set by adjacent properties.
