The location has been perfect for us as our sons enjoyed being able to walk to school, whilst the road has always felt very secure for us as a family.
It's a very sociable home and we've held some wonderful parties here. The kitchen is central to the layout and the property is very easy to maintain. Recently we've rented out the house, as we've already moved into our new home and are able to offer it for sale vacant and with no chain.
