Outside
The property is located down a private drive from the Council road on the edge of the village which leads down to a large parking area for several cars and trailers by the house. This area leads on down past the house and the kennels down to the large stable barn at the end.
Gardens
The gardens are laid out to the back of the property with a large paved patio area overlooking the lawned area and on up to the paddocks at the back. There are some leylandii trees which separate this area from the paddocks as well as Cornish banks and this offers huge potential to place ones own stamp on the garden area.
Stables
There are two 12' x 12' timber stables by the house with concrete floors together with a useful dog kennel and a fenced off garden area which is used a run for the dogs.
Stable buildings
The stable barn is located down a track beyond the house in one the paddocks and comprises a number of block built stables varying in size from 13' x 13' to about 20' x 15'. In addition, there are two further loose housing areas with the largest being 34' x 19' with auto drinkers. In summary this building could be adapted further to suit a number of different uses but is essentially a very useful building with internal stables and a concrete floor. There is a mixture of corner boxes, pony boxes and a feed store with access from the building directly on to the land.
The land
The land extends to some 15.2 acres or thereabouts in total in four main enclosures which is undulating and runs from the Council road at the top down to the buildings and the house. The pasture has water connected and is surrounded by hedges, fences or banks.
