From Modbury take the A379 towards Kingsbridge and after 1.5 miles turn right at Harraton Cross towards Bigbury on Sea. After approximately 2 miles turn right at Seven Stones Cross to Kingston. Continue towards Kingston and turn right into the village centre. Pass the fire station on the right and the turning to the Dolphin Inn. Take the next left, directly before a large white house, into a no through road. Continue down here turning right opposite Appletreewick and Oakley Cottage will be found on your right hand side.
