What the Owner says:When we viewed the property we thought the location was fantastic. Being in a cu- de-sac, it has proved to be so quiet and we get little passing traffic.

Compared to other houses we looked at in the same price range, we felt that our home offered good value for money and had larger than average accommodation. Although in good condition when we bought, we have made a number of improvements.

Our biggest expense was re-fitting the units in our large kitchen/breakfast room and buying the range style cooker, but being keen cooks it has been money well spent and we will be sorry to leave it behind.
