From junction 26 of the M5 motorway exit at Wellington and at the roundabout with the A38 take the first exit signposted Exeter. After travelling approximately one mile please turn left immediately after the turning signposted Ford Street and Chard into Monument Road. Continue to the top of the hill and at the staggered crossroads by Wellington Monument continue straight across signposted Hemyock.

 

 

Continue along this road and down into Hemyock and at the far end of Station Road turn left immediately after the Bowling Green passing the post office and after a short distance turning right into Prowses. Number 37 will be found a short distance along on the right hand side.

 

Situation

37 Prowses is situated close to the village centre. Hemyock offers a wide variety of facilities including public house, village stores, doctor’s surgery, primary school, post office, church and Hemyock Castle.
