· Leave the A1 taking the exit signposted Old Craighall/Hospital A&E
· At Old Craighall roundabout take the 1st exit onto A720
· At the Sheriffhall roundabout take the 1st exit signposted Dalkeith/Pathhead
· Continue to follow A6106 entering Dalkeith
· Turn right at traffic lights onto A6094/High Street signposted Dalkeith/Pathhead
