Property description
Walking into the lounge you are instantly struck by the modern presentation and wood flooring. You will not be disappointed, as this first impression continues throughout the home. There is so little to do, you can simply move in and put your feet up. This home is like a 'tardis' as it is far bigger than it looks from the outside; it offers all the space you need for a growing family. The living room, whilst being 19'10, still feels cosy and is a great place to relax in, especially when logs are burning in the fireplace during the winter. The layout of the property simply flows, which means you can get from room to room with little effort. Indeed, the dining hall hosts the staircase for the two upstairs bedrooms and you also access the conservatory, kitchen, bathroom and the two downstairs bedrooms from here.
You can certainly imagine using the conservatory during the summer months as it opens into the garden. So, whether you are playing with the kids or entertaining friends and family with parties and barbeques, you will definitely feel at ease as there is plenty of room to do both!
What the Owner says:We bought this home 27 years ago with a young family and, as the family grew, we decided to extend instead of move because we loved the village so much. The village has a lovely community and we have made many friends. We couldn't imagine a more suitable place for our children to grow up in.
During 2005/2006 we extended and remodelled, so there was more room for our grandchildren to run around in when they came to visit. We also added the conservatory at this time.
We hope the people who buy our home will create their own wonderful memories, as we will be taking away many that we have made here.
