Property description
The extended design opens up some wonderful options for the new owner. There is now a fifth bedroom on the ground floor offering the luxury of an en- suite shower with w.C, which the present owners had for mum when she stayed. The master bedroom has a modern and stylish en- suite shower room too.
The family room interacts superbly with the stunning kitchen/diner, with French doors opening to create a wonderful social space bringing the family together, a really fantastic space for entertaining. If you want to work from home the family room also makes a wonderful study too, bright and inviting with lots of space at your disposal. The large living room has a wide view over the private rear garden making it a great room to relax in, put your feet up as you take in the pleasant green aspect.
It is a great for recreation too, with local parks, The Lakes, Leisure Centre with swimming pool and woodland walks, its all so easily accessible.
What the Owner says:We have owned our home for about twenty-one years now and it has been a lovely home in which we have brought up our two children through schools to university.
We extended our home with a lot of care. Many people have commented that it blends so well with the original they wouldnt have known it had been extended!
We also gained Planning Permission for a double garage as part of our overall planning permission. We will leave the garage plans for the new owners who may want to adjust the design for themselves. The only reason we have not built it is that we no longer need the family space and are now looking to downsize to the East Kent countryside.
