What the Owner says:We initially purchased this property to knock down and build new but decided to develop the original building to what we have today. In essence it probably would have been cheaper to knock it down and start again, as we have spared no expense on the renovation of this property. Little things like no exposed pipe-work in the bathrooms, under floor heating, quality kitchen and bathroom fittings and a new double barn style garage have all racked up the cost but we believe you get what you pay for. The garden is wonderfully private and sunny, a great place to entertain and relax. We hope the next owners will enjoy this wonderful home and area as much as we have.
