What the Owner says:We purchased this property off plan and chose this particular apartment as it is one of the largest in the block. It has been a wonderful retreat for us and to have the pleasure of waking up in the morning and looking straight across to Portsmouth Harbour is second to none.
There is always something going on in the harbour and it is great just to sit on the balcony and take it all in. To have sights like the Spinnaker Tower and the Naval Warships on our doorstep makes it a really interesting place to live and it is very easy to just jump on the ferry over to Gunwharf Quays and have plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from not to mention the shops!
