They offer a round the clock cover and emergency call response to everyone. But should you need a little extra short-term help or even long-term assistance their Support team can work with you to develop an individual plan enabling you to live independently in your own home.

Are The Apartments Available To Anyone?

The Lady Well Views apartments have been designed for people over the age of 55 and special care and attention has been placed on designing flexible accommodation that suits everyone, whatever your age, level of fitness and mobility.
Wide doorways come as standard, and a range of fixtures and fittings throughout the apartment have been included to make life just that little bit easier, such as sockets that are placed at the right height to prevent you having to bend down, as well as lever taps on all the sinks. All rooms in the apartments also benefit from a Tunstall Intercom call system that links directly to our on-site support team in the care home 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Many of the apartments benefit from Juliet balconies and panoramic views towards Lady Park, the ancient hunting grounds dating back to the 13th century, and across the Coppice Brook Valley to the south.
All the apartments benefit from electric heating, double glazing and should you have a car, parking is available. Buyers can also take advantage of our interior design service, which takes away the hassle of furnishing your new home and provides you with a complete furnishings and d cor package.

Safety And Security

As you ll no doubt expect, living within a self contained apartment development offers you a life without security worries.
Ladywell Views have teamed up with telecare specialists Tunstall to provide a mobile trigger alarm and reassurance pull cords in shower-/bathrooms and bedrooms and unlike other retirement scheme operators, our support team are based on site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so should you need some assistance in the middle of the night you ll speak to someone familiar, not a call centre.
For added peace of mind our camera entry system that will link to your TV, also allows you to see who s at the main entrance before you decide to let them in, and for additional safety, our comprehensive CCTV network around the development is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Another important feature is our automatic fire detection system that is installed in all apartments and communal areas. This is linked to the Tunstall call system and automatically summons the on-site staff team.
Upgrades to our telecare service are available such as fall detectors, temperature sensors and flood detectors at extra cost.

As well as your very own self-contained apartment, all residents will be able to relax and make new friends in the beautifully decorated residents lounge where you can meet other residents for a coffee and a chat.
