Property description
Internally there have been a number of improvements made which aside from complete re-decoration throughout, include recently fitted laminate flooring to the ground floor, a re-fitted kitchen, a modern bathroom suite and a re-fitted en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. As you walk up the pathway to the front door you will be impressed by the driveway with parking for several cars and this is matched by the secluded rear garden which is part enclosed by brick walling. The garage has been cleverly divided in two to create a utility room with access from the hall, whilst still providing storage space at the front. The addition of a conservatory to the rear does a terrific job of pulling the house and garden together and is ideal for entertaining or as a play room for the children.
This home is presented in excellent decorative order throughout and has double glazing and a gas fired central heating system to radiators.

What the Owner says:We love the size and the location of our home. The village centre shops are only a short walk away and the bus stop being right outside is useful for when we want to leave the car at home to go into Horsham or further afield. We enjoy the outdoors and make full use of the surrounding countryside. The Downslink is just at the end of the road and is great for a Sunday stroll. We love the sunny secluded back garden and the conservatory allows us to enjoy it all year round, as well as being great for entertaining.
We will be sorry to leave as we have made great friends with our neighbours, but are downsizing to something a little smaller whilst still staying in Southwater.
