Property description
The kitchen has been refitted with Shaker style modern units and a nice little touch of teapot shaped handles. There is a utility room to the side which runs the full depth of the house and has double glazed doors to the front and back garden. The lounge is where most people want it - across the back of the house, which enjoys an outlook over the garden. It also benefits from the afternoon and evening sun.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are double and that is not to the expense of the landing, which is also very generous. The bathroom has been refitted with a nice white double ended bath with a shower over. The toilet is separate to the bathroom alleviating the morning queues.
Outside there is a decent sized front garden with a drop kerb and private driveway, which will easily accommodate two cars. There is also a garage located in a nearby block. There is an easy maintenance rear garden with a large paved terrace which leads onto a shingled garden, so there is no need to worry about mowing the lawn. At the very end of the garden is a shed, which is a perfect spot for any tinkering you may wish to do.
What the Owner says:I was very surprised at the size of the house when I very first saw it and even now, my friends and family still say it is like a tardis, for want of a better description.
It has been a perfect family home and in a very good location, due to the fact you are near everything, but still very much a village. It is a proper community, with neighbours on first name terms. They are all extremely friendly and helpful if you need them.
The house is easy to look after and because of all the space, you never feel as though you are on top of each other.
