Property description
This period property dates back to the 1800s and offers spacious family accommodation . The kitchen/breakfast room is definitely the heart of the home, a place for the family to get together over the evening meal and catch up on all the days events. The double aspect lets the light flood in, and the adjoining utility area a practical working space.
Both the drawing room and dining room are huge, so there is plenty of space to entertain family and friends when they come to visit.
The first floor will also impress, all of the four bedrooms are good size doubles, the master having the benefit an en-suite bathroom.
To the front of the property a gravel driveway provides plenty of off road parking, whilst the gardens to the rear are a blank canvass at the moment just waiting for a keen gardener to turn them into something special.
On a warm summers night, after a hard day at work, I cant think of many locations as nice as this one to relax and unwind in, but dont just take my word for it, come and have a look for yourself.
What the Owner says:The peace and quiet were the two first things that attracted us to this property, away from all the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes drive away from the A281, and the pretty market town of Henfield.
My favourite room is the dining room, the large patio doors lead onto the side garden, with fantastic views over the adjoining fields. I often sit on the patio of a weekend morning during the summer, with a cup of tea and the newspaper to take in the scenery, whilst enjoying the early morning sunshine.
