What the Owner says:We lived over the road from this property in a flat, and when we knew it was coming up for sale we were very keen to buy it as the location was perfect, even though it needed a lot of work.

Since moving in we have completely renovated our home, opening up the lounge/diner, fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as a multitude of other things.

We will be sorry to move from our first family home, but we think it is now time to move closer to work.

We can only hope the new owners enjoy this home as much as we have.
