Directions From A38 at Plympton, at the junction bear right, continue to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto New Park Road at the end of the road take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Turn left towards Sparkwell and follow the road. When the road bears left travel straight ahead and follow the road down and Coombe Cottage can be found on the right after approximately half a mile.

From Ivybridge proceed on the A38 and take the second exit for Smithaleigh. Follow to the end of the road and turn right and then take first left after going back over the A38. Follow this lane and take your first left towards M.Pleasant. Follow this lane and take your first right. Travel four approximately 1/2 a mile and the property is on the left.
