Property description
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the owners have cared for the house well over the years with the latest improvement being a new bathroom, only installed last year. All the rooms are a great size, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 separate reception rooms. The lounge has a wonderful view over the rear garden onto woodland, giving a peaceful rural outlook to enjoy. The substantial kitchen/dining room is well equipped with plenty of oak units offering enough storage space for any aspiring chef and there is even room for a proper dining table, creating the perfect environment to entertain without missing out on the entertainment whilst preparing dinner! The separate utility room is perfect for shutting the family's washing away whilst the downstairs shower room is a welcome addition in the morning rush.
There are many countryside walks in the surrounding area, whilst Rudgwick village offers a supermarket, health centre and even a sports ground. There are some renowned local country pubs nearby, the perfect place for lunch after a Sunday morning ramble along the nearby Downs Link. Larger shopping centres can be found within about 6 miles, both in Cranleigh or Horsham, whilst the area is well served educationally by a good selection of respected state and private schools.
What the Owner says:As soon as we saw the house, we knew it was just what we had been looking for. It offered so much more space than all the other houses we had seen and thought it would be the ideal home in which to raise a family. All the rooms are such a good size and the view at the back is lovely, overlooking woodland beyond the garden. The village is a really nice place to live, very friendly and with some really good schools just around the corner.
