The icing on the cake was the position as they wanted somewhere child friendly and with no road at the front which made this property the perfect choice.
What the Owner says:We have loved living in Iwade, not only as it is a friendly area but also extremely convenient for transport links, shops, schools etc.
With the house all the room sizes were generous and by having the garage with power to it I could hide away and tinker about with cars without disrupting the neighbours.
We are only moving to be closer to our families otherwise we would happily stay here.
